How To Engage A Team

Experts say that at least 50% of the employees in companies are un-engaged. That’s a whopper. So what do you do to engage them?

The Team Doc Says…

Having a team leader who cares about the “people” part of his or her team will go a long way in engaging the workforce.

Getting work done in a team is a whole lot about how the people interact. If a team leader does not focus on these interaction issues, the team could very well fall apart and productivity will go down the tubes.

Engagement becomes an even bigger issue as younger team members join your company. Many baby boomers were happy with working hard and getting a little recognition for their work. Younger generations need a more nurturing leadership style to remain engaged with your company.
