How To Hold A Virtual Team Member Accountable

I have team member who isn’t showing up in threaded discussions or answering to their responsibility of acknowledging an assignment. How do I approach this person? Online-student needs help on diplomacy.

You will use the same feedback model with this person that you would use with pretty much anyone. Say to the person, “When you, it (how it affects you).” Then wait for a response and conduct the discussion from there. Take a look at this how to provide feedback answer for more information.
