Leadership Communication Still An Issue

Ask any team member what causes the biggest problems in an organization and you’ll probably get a variety of answers. If you dig deep into those answers looking for the root cause, at least 90 percent of them will be caused by lack of communication. And it doesn’t seem to get any better either. Take a look at this poll conducted in November 2004. Almost 80 percent of the respondents don’t trust the communication coming from their leadership.
