Team Leader Support Critical

by Denise O'Berry

Be aware of your own reactions to the decisions your team members make. Notice whether you are supportive, if you give credit for a good decision to the appropriate team member, and what action you took the last time a team member brought you an issue and suggested solution. Your own reactions make the difference in how effectively your team members make decisions and how empowered they truly feel.
