Helping Virtual Team Leaders — Lead

by Denise O'Berry

Am currently working on developing a program for our virtual team leaders and would like to know what guidance or tools you may have provided to leaders that are facing this growing challenge.

The Team Doc Says…

A weekly or bi-weekly “masterminds” type session (an hour or two) where managers can share success stories and tough issues works really well.

It not only helps them solve problems and identify best practices, they also build good working relationships and discover where they overlap in the company. It’s a real win all the way around.

Best regards,
