A New Twist On Team Member Integration

I am in the final stage of the interview process and have to give a presentation of how I am going to integrate into the team. Help…. what should I say!! The company provides health care products and I would be a clinical advisor working in hospitals so would need to integrate with my direct colleagues and then those I work with in the hospital.

I think there should be shared responsibility between the team and the new team member when it comes to onboarding a new employee.
