Learning team principles and mastering teamwork theory is a waste of time if we just don&#039;t care about team.

I would suggest that you explore where &quot;teamwork&quot; falls on the value scale of the team members, and suspect that you will see the great need is for them understand that they really do need each other to do their work with excellence.</description>

I agree with workshops and you really need to find a good motivational speaker or facilitator to catch their attention making sure that at the end of the workshop they will bring some wisdom at home and in the office.</description>
