Encyclopedia&#039;s you usually only had one set for reference, dictionary maybe two or three. Now with the internet you have all the information right at your fingertips - content and information are no longer proprietary. This ties into the gen Y and web 2.0 tools perspective - all the information that an employee needs can now be a few clicks away. This if properly implemented can speed up many processes. Team members now expect speed and web 2.0 increases &quot;best practice sharing&quot; as well as creating a community where all failures attempts and data base are all located on the companies intra-net.  </description>
