How To Hold A Virtual Team Member Accountable

I have team member who isn’t showing up in threaded discussions or answering to their responsibility of acknowledging an assignment. How do I approach this person? Online-student needs help on diplomacy.

It may make a difference in what type of response you get and what type of change you can influence.
