		<description>I think the reality is as you said, you do what you are told to do as a condition of employment. I have run into in on the opposite side of, someone who has been here longer is too insecure to share any information and plays dumb when I say you never told me. I&#039;ve been dealing with it for almost 4 years. I take the opportunity to learn absolutely anything I can regarding the business from anyone that offers. If nothing else the more skills on my resume the better should I get laid off.</description>
