		<description>I actually agree. Most people on top have attitude like that. There are less cases wherein they tend to listen to team members. The reason why they act this way because they also come from being a team member so they have surpassed almost every little issue as a team. As a supervisor they already know what&#039;s best and they actually believe in their every single decision and this is always common that members  would sometimes feel the unimportance in a team.

As members of the team, it would still be our duty to get along with our bosses well. No matter how bad her attitude is. And the last option would be finding a new job if you are not happy anymore with your current job.</description>
