Productive Team Meetings Require An Agenda

Most people hate meetings. But it’s not really the meeting they hate, it’s the unproductive use of their time (see I Hate Meetings!). A critical key to your team’s success is creating and using an agenda for your team meeting. To help you out, I’ve included an agenda template below. Use it to guide your meetings and you’ll hear less grumbling.
