Team Work And Emotional Intelligence Survey

Student researching links between Emotional Intelligence and what makes people work successfully together — want to participate? Read on.

I am looking for different teams (management, HR, sales etc) to complete a short online questionnaire. What are the benefits for Organisations involved?

Each organisation will receive an individual report that will outline areas for team development. The report will include benchmarking teams against an average team performance score within the organisation and within the project group as a whole.
Each person who completes the questionnaire will receive a report that will provide feedback on their Motivation, Influencing skills and Decisiveness.

Taking part in this research project will stimulate discussion and highlight how people work together and increase self-awareness on an individual level and encourage communication within the team and organisation.

As this project is sponsored by the my University and Brentfield Consultancy Ltd there is no cost to organisations who take part.
