What advice do you have for shifting from being a team member to being a team leader of the same team? Can you recommend useful articles?

That’s a tough transition to make. Your success depends a lot on how you were perceived as a team member. Hopefully you were the “go to” person and had a good relation ship with other team members. Whether you were or not, moving into the team leader role will defitinitely be a change for you and your team.
