What are team members responsibilities on a process improvement committee?

The Team Doc Says…

The responsibilities and output of any team should be determined by the mission or objective of the team.

When the team is formed, the sponsor (normally someone from leadership) identifies the objective, scope and boundaries.

The team, working within those boundaries, will establish goals, working agreements, communication strategies, decision making methods, team roles and time lines for accomplishing the objective.
