Assign a percentage between one and 100 indicating the “weight” of what that word means. For example, does always mean 100% of the time or something else?
Once you’ve done this exercise, take it to your team and have a team building meeting around it. Have each team member assign percentages privately, then share as a group. It’s a powerful activity that will improve your team communication.
